At CMH, being actively involved in the communities we serve isn’t just a responsibility, it’s a way of life. Our team members are proud to be visible, engaged participants throughout our service areas.
CMH offers a variety of hospital-approved volunteer opportunities to encourage and support meaningful community involvement.
As part of our commitment to service, all full-time and part-time team members are required to participate in six approved community service activities annually. Team members who meet this requirement and fulfill all evaluation criteria may be eligible for a wage increase as part of their annual performance review.
Community involvement is more than a job requirement; it’s a reflection of who we are at CMH. Our team members’ service strengthens our mission and deepens the connection between CMH and the communities we serve.
